Member Support Program

About the Program

The New Brunswick Non Profit Housing Association is pleased to offer individualized supports to help members plan for the expiry of their operating agreements.

Program Activities

With the help of our Member Support Coordinator, program participants will complete the following activities upon registering in the program:

  • Complete an Expiry of Operating Agreement Assessment and a Replacement Reserve Assessment for your organization using a template developed by the NBNPHA and its partners.

  • Create an Action Plan to help optimize your organization’s viability leading up to, and following the expiry of your operating agreement(s).

  • Engage in group learning and sharing through workshops, case studies and pilot projects as opportunities arise.

Information Collection

  • As members work through the program, the NBNPHA will ask for permission to retain a copy of your assessment and action plan.

  • Individual member information will be stored securely and remain confidential.

  • Data will be aggregated in order to produce high-level analysis and advocacy designed to support the non-profit and co-operative housing sector in New Brunswick.
